Refund Policy

Our refund policy, outlined below, is designed to be fair to our customers while also protecting our business from risks. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 of the United Kingdom.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Please include your order number for reference.
2. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must return the item to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned goods. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you may have a legal right to refund, replacement, or repair, as appropriate. Any fault or misdescription must be reported within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. Beyond this period, but within six months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement (or, if that's not possible, a partial refund).
5. Exceptions
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, personalised items, and health and personal care items that are opened cannot be returned. Please ensure these exceptions are considered before making your purchase.
6. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided on our website. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Posting costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
